How we deliver your tempeh

Your order is packed in an insulated cooler box with an ice pack to keep it at the right temperature throughout transit. We use DPD's chilled next-day service so your tempeh arrives fresh and ready to use.

Delivery costs
• Free delivery on all orders over £49
• Standard chilled delivery: £5.50 for orders under £49

Order cut-off & dispatch days
We dispatch Monday to Thursday only. We do not ship on Fridays, Saturdays or Sundays to avoid your parcel sitting in a depot over the weekend.

If you order before 12pm on a dispatch day, we aim to ship the same day.

Delivery day
You'll receive an email and text from DPD with your tracking number and a 1-hour delivery slot once your order has been collected. Most orders arrive the next working day.

What if my tempeh arrives slightly thawed?
Don't worry,  this is normal for chilled deliveries in summer. As long as the outer packaging is intact and the product smells and looks fine, it is safe to freeze immediately on arrival or keep in the fridge and consume within 5 days.
