Protempeh was born in early 2020 when Olivier Laudus and Amalia Sudijono decided the UK deserved seriously good tempeh, and lots of it. Since then, our small‑but‑mighty team has been on a mission to become the country’s go‑to tempeh maker, one fresh batch at a time. From our Cambridgeshire ‘tempeh HQ’, we ferment fair‑trade Austrian organic, non‑GMO beans into delicious blocks of goodness every single week, obsessing over consistency, flavour and texture
