Ingredients:
250g tempeh
2 carrots, chopped
1 pepper, chopped
2 garlic cloves, peeled
1/4 shallot
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon sriracha
2 teaspoons cajun seasoning
2 teaspoons dry mixed herbs
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup old fashioned oats (or bread crumbs)
2 tablespoons oil, any kind

Method:
These veggie burgers can be made in the oven or on the stovetop. If you're baking in the oven, preheat to 180C.
Add all of the ingredients to a food processor and blend until smooth but not too smooth as
do need a little bit a texture.
Using your hands, form four patties. Brush each one with oil and cook thoroughly. (Bake for 20 minutes, flipping the patty halfway through the cooking process OR Sautee for 5-7 minutes on each side in a frying pan.
