Each 500g block slices, cubes, crumbles or grates to suit whatever you're cooking. With 19g of protein per 100g and just two clean ingredients, it's the simplest high-quality plant protein you can keep in your freezer.

How to use
Cook from frozen or defrost overnight in the fridge. Slice, cube or crumble. Pan-fry, bake, steam, stir-fry or marinate. Tempeh absorbs any flavour you give it — the firmer the cook, the better the texture.

Storage
Keep frozen. If your tempeh arrives slightly thawed, it is safe to refreeze on arrival or refrigerate and use within 5 days. Best before date printed on each pack.
