Sweet-and-sour cucumber pickles from Eaten Alive, made in the American 'bread and butter' style. Fresh cucumbers are pickled in raw cider vinegar with dill, mustard seed, celery seed, ginger and turmeric for a crisp, tangy bite. Brilliant in burgers, wraps, salads and tempeh sandwiches.

Ingredients: Cucumber (60%), Raw Cider Vinegar, Water, Sugar, Shallots, Salt, Ginger, Dill, Garlic, Mustard Seed, Celery Seed, Turmeric, Bay Leaf.
