Terms of service

These terms apply to all orders placed on www.protempeh.com. The seller is Pro Tempeh Ltd (trading as Protempeh), Hall Farm, Unit 2, Newmarket CB8 0TY, United Kingdom. Email info@protempeh.com or call 07961 421661.

Orders: When you place an order you are making an offer to buy. We will confirm acceptance by email. If we cannot fulfil your order, for example because an item is unavailable, we will tell you and refund any payment in full.

Prices and payment: All prices are in pounds sterling. Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is taken when you place your order.

Delivery: We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom using DPD's chilled next-day service, dispatching Monday to Thursday. Full details are on our Delivery & Returns page.

Returns and replacements: Because our tempeh is a perishable food, we cannot accept returns once it has been delivered. If your parcel arrives damaged or late, we will replace it free of charge as set out on our Delivery & Returns page.

Allergens: All our products contain soya. If you have an allergy, please contact us before ordering.

Your rights: Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
