Fresh Flash Frozen Tempeh, 500g Blocks
Great Taste 2026 award winner
Handcrafted weekly in Cambridgeshire. Frozen fresh to lock in quality.
Our most popular bulk format: 500g blocks of fresh tempeh, frozen at peak freshness so you always have a ready supply.
Each 500g block slices, cubes, crumbles or grates to suit whatever you're cooking. With 20gof protein per 100g and just two clean ingredients, it's the simplest high-quality plant protein you can keep in your freezer.
What's in the box
500g vacuum-packed blocks of fresh frozen tempeh (4, 10, 20 or 40 blocks depending on the pack you choose).
Each block serves 4–5 people as a main-course protein.
How to use
Cook from frozen or defrost overnight in the fridge. Slice, cube or crumble. Pan-fry, bake, steam, stir-fry or marinate. Tempeh absorbs any flavour you give it — the firmer the cook, the better the texture.
Why Protempeh?
